Simple Machines

Before our adventure can be complete, you have one last task to accomplish.  Using the information that you have learned about simple and compound machines, you must write a paper that will explain your invention to your peers and your teacher.  Your paper should explain what simple machines you used to come up with your compound machine.  You should explain in detail what the new invention will help you do and why that work is important to your survival in the wilderness. You can click on the link below to see the expectations for the paper.  You may use Microsoft Word to compose and print your writing. 

After you have completed your paper, you and your partner should decide how you will present your information to your peers.  One of you will introduce your team and show the poster, and one of you will read your paper to the class.  You should practice doing this together so you will be well prepared to present.
